On Sunday, five acts performed at Terpstock, including Nashville-based band COIN, singer Phoebe Ryan and three student performances in the Nyumburu Amphitheater located next to Stamp. The small festival was put on by Student Entertainment Events.

Hunter Smith, an acoustic performer, opened up the event, followed by Elie Rizk and his band. Both performances featured original songs as well as some covers. Rent Party was third on the docket and drew a pretty big crowd, a noticeable difference compared to the beginning of the show.

Indie singer Phoebe Ryan charmed the crowd with her incredible stage presence and list of facts about this university. The singer also performed her mashup of R. Kelly’s “Ignition” and Miguel’s “Do You,” which helped her gain fame.

COIN closed out the show with an energetic performance as students flocked toward the barricade for the first time during the show. Lead singer Chase Lawrence danced non-stop all over the stage during their performance, providing the crowd with even more energy. COIN has an album coming out on April 21 and will be back in the area on May 1 to perform at U Street Music Hall.
