Minnesota-based band Tiny Moving Parts rocked Vienna venue Jammin Java Tuesday night. It was the band’s first time performing at the venue, and they did not disappoint. The overcast skies did not dampen the crowd’s energy, as they screamed and sang along through the entire set.
